Technical Council of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) approved in October 2022 the construction of a Molecular Biomedicine Research Center in the state of Zacatecas, a project that will be pioneering due to its high technology, will have infrastructure for scientific and innovation activities, training of quality human resources and generation of patents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Center will develop studies on tuberculosis, COVID-19, influenza and diagnosis of infectious respiratory diseases; it will have offices for researchers, administrative areas, for specialized instrumentation units in flow cytometry, confocal fluorescence microscopy, PCR and molecular biology, as well as DNA and protein microarrays, among others.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El H.
